The building consists of two Zones “N1 & N6A” which is located on the entrance of Jabal Omar Project and comprise 2 Podiums 4 Hotel Towers. The podiums will contain commercial/retails areas, car park, hotel lobbies and technical areas. The four Hotel towers are intended to be 2 no’s of 5 stars hotel with 42 floors and 2 no’s of 4 stars hotel with 33 floors. Team Cost Umbrella provided pre and post contract services, produced bottoms-up estimate (Class 1 estimate – AACE).
