A group of individuals working in cost management, finance and real-estate sectors of construction industry decided to establish a firm which provides what the industry is looking for. We realized after decades of experience and engagement with different well-know clients and cost consultancy firms that there is big gap between the expectations and deliverables. Clients are struggling to find suitable, rational and effective commercial services in construction industry, and this leads the stakeholders to poor decision-making, unrealistic investment planning and project cost overrun. This gap in construction industry paved the foundation of Cost Umbrella which provides total cost management services under one umbrella.
