Scope includes the Construction of the GCCIA Headquarter Building which consists of HQ building, Mosque and site development. The Headquarter Building is mainly a cast-in-situ structure with structural steel supports for the metal deck on the 1st Floor and skylight on the Lower Roof, the façade is composed of tempered glass curtain wall and windows with aluminum cladding. The Mosque is consist of cast-in-situ structure and windows with Islamic pattern décor; The Site Development Works includes asphalt paving, landscaping stainless steel fence and hardscaping; and all pertinent MEP Works. CU team provided pre contract services, furnished class 1 bid including technical and commercial proposals
