Design and construction of 3408 Living Units and public Building in AlKhums City, District Almarqab, Tripoli. The project was originally planned to reside 27,000 persons in 4,500 living units in 237 hectares in 2009. Later the zoning criterion was changed to accommodate 21,556 persons in 3408 units in 237 hectares in 2010.
Team Cost Umbrella provided post contractor services.
